Now that the start of the academic year is behind us, we thought we’d take the opportunity to let you know about some changes to our IT helpdesk.
The IT Helpdesk now opens from 9am to 8pm Monday to Friday, and between 12pm and 5pm on Saturday.
If you are not familiar with our helpdesk, it is located on the ground floor of the Austin Pearce Building and it offers a drop-in service. If you need face-to-face help with an IT question, the IT Helpdesk is the place to go.
We can offer you advice and guidance on a range of IT services including: Printing, Surrey365, Wireless, ResNet, Software availability and IT Account access.
In addition to the extended opening hours, we can now also assist members of staff with their IT queries.
